TC95 meetings to be held in Plantation, Florida on January 23-25, 2024

Our next TC95 meeting will be held on January 23-25, 2024 at the Holiday Inn Express, 1701 North University Drive. Plantation, Florida. Internet participation will also be available.
Tuesday, January 23, 2024:
9:00am-12:00pm: SC1 Techniques, Procedures, Instrumentation and Computation
1:00pm-5:00pm: SC2 Terminology, Units of Measurements and Hazard Communication
5:30pm-7:00pm: AdCom (for AdCom members only)
Wednesday, January 24, 2024:
9:00am-3:30pm: SC3 and SC4 jointly, Safety Levels with Respect to Human Exposure to Electromagnetic Fields, 0 – 3 kHz and 3 kHz-300 GHz
4:00pm-5:00pm: SC5 Other EM Exposure Safety Issues
5:00pm-7:00pm: COMAR
Thursday, January 25, 2024:
9:00am-12:00pm: SC6 EMF Dosimetry Modeling
12:30pm-4:00pm: ICES TC95 Main Committee
Registration will be done later. Information on Internet participation will also be available later. Meeting participation fees will be decided by the AdCom for both internet and on site participations. Registration form will be avaialbe after the AdCom decision (sometime in October).
If you plan to attend in person, please book the hotel first. I have already done mine using the link below. Currently, I asked for 30 rooms for our group. Please reserve your room as soon as possible at the discount rate ($139 per night plus tax, same as 2020). The rate is good before December 29, 2023. If you can, do it now, so you do not forget. This is one way to make sure that we have enough rooms for our participants to stay in the meeting hotel. If not enough, I will negotiate to ask for more. I was told that the hotel is being remodled this year and will be new when we have our meetings there. The breakfast is included. Our meeting room rate for up to 40 seats is also reasonable at $200 per day plus service fee and tax. Coffee and hot water will be supplied for free. Audio and visual facilities are free to use. We have a good deal from the hotel. Too bad that we are not able to use the free Motorola Solution conference room as before.
